This package focuses on helping couples or those of you who are using donor sperm (whose donor is willing to make improvements to their health and fertility) to improve your chances of conceiving naturally, to understand your options, both natural and medical, and to investigate and improve your fertility health.

2 x 60-minute online consultations

What to expect during our calls
1st Consultation:
90-minute Zoom couples consultation + Kathryn spends 1/2 hour on treatment plans, referrals and following up after our call
Meet and greet, introduction to session
Discussion of your goals and expectations for the consultation
Detailed evaluation of your health, lifestyle and reproductive history
Analysis of your situation to assess priorities for optimising your fertility with diet and lifestyle
Setting of natural fertility goals
Recommendations and potential referrals for testing + letter writing to your medical team (if appropriate)
Personalized prescription recommendations including herbal + nutritional supplements, test recommendations and individualized dietary and lifestyle recommendations for you both
Supporting educational material for improving fertility
2nd Consultation:
60-minute Zoom consultation + Kathryn spends 1/4 hour on treatment plans, referrals and following up after our call
Review of your progress since our last meeting
Address any concerns or questions that have arisen since our last meeting
Review of test results
Continued support for dietary and lifestyle changes, plus an update of your prescription
Supporting educational material for improving fertility
3rd Consultation:
60-minute Zoom consultation + Kathryn spends 1/4 hour on treatment plans, referrals and following up after our call
Review of your progress since our last meeting
Address any concerns or questions that have arisen since our last meeting
Review of test results
Continued support for dietary and lifestyle changes, plus an update of your prescription

You can book a Discovery call if you haven’t worked with Kathryn before and would like to meet before booking.
What happens next?

You will receive your telehealth link in your confirmation email and a calendar invite to add our call to your calendar.
I will send you a link to book your 2 x subsequent 60-minute appointments.
